Presale Items :
When buying a Presale, you have agreed and acknowledged that the funds from your purchase are being used to produce the Presale item. Please also understand in buying a presale item you are not only receiving a discount for each item in comparison to the in hand price value, but you have agreed to commit to the design. Please allow 2-6 months for the production of the pin. If this wait time is too long for you, please wait until the pin is in hand. Updates will be posted whenever I am sent / notified by my manufacturers. If there is ever an issue, please contact me so we can come to an agreement.
Flaw Policy :
These pins and products are handmade and may have tiny flaws or imperfections such as minor dings and dents on enamel / metal, very minor screen print details, very minor plating scratches/ pinholes. Items are checked thoroughly multiple times for flaws when they are in hand and will be sold according to my A Grade and B Grade system.
Non-Flawed pins will be GUARANTEED to Presale buyers.
A Grade : May have minor flaws that are stated above.
B Grade : May have major flaws that are stated above.

Address Changes / Wrong Address :
I am not responsible for items shipped to incorrect address if a request change was never sent. Please send address changes via DM on Instagram or to my email (shelbi@totallyshelbi.com). I will not be replacing any items mailed to the wrong address due to customer error.
Shipping :
All orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service and are provided a tracking number. For any questions or concerns regarding a delivered product or the handling of your product during transit, please contact them!
